K-GO One One-Year Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty for K-GO One

K-GO's limited warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below.

K-GO warrants the K-GO One Portable Smart Gym against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase, product pickup, or delivery, whichever is later. This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from K-GO or an authorized K-GO retailer and is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased.

If a defect exists and is covered by this Limited Warranty, K-GO will, at its option:

1. Repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts;
2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value; or
3. Refund the original purchase price of the product if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

Any replacement product assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product. Repaired products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days after repair, whichever is longer.

 

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please contact K-GO Customer Support before returning your product.

When submitting a warranty claim, you may be required to provide:

• Proof of original purchase
• Product serial number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos demonstrating the problem

Customer Support will determine whether your product qualifies for warranty service and will provide return or replacement instructions if applicable.

 

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to authentic K-GO One products distributed by or through K-GO or an authorized K-GO retailer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or other appearance-related damage that does not affect product functionality.
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or improper transportation.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
• Damage caused by using unauthorized accessories, chargers, or attachments.
• Products used for commercial, rental, or institutional purposes.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the User Guide or operating instructions.
• Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers.
• Lost or stolen products.

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.

Repair, replacement, or refund, at K-GO's sole discretion, shall be the exclusive remedy available under this Limited Warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-GGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, business interruption, or damage to other property.

Some states, provinces, or countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

 

Warranty Registration

Registering your K-GO One is recommended to help expedite warranty service, but registration is not required to obtain warranty coverage.

To register your product, please provide:

• Product Serial Number
• Purchase Date
• Name
• Email Address
• Shipping Address
• Place of Purchase
